It consist of, Living room, Kitchen (table for 6 persons), 3 bedrooms (1 king size, 1 Queen Size, and 2 single beds), 2 Patio’s there is also a private area behind the kitchen (approx 24sqm) with morning sun.
Equipped with: -Air con all Bedrooms & Living room (kitchen), -Ceiling fans Kitchen, living room and Patio, -Gas Stove – TV/Home move(DVD) system 10 cable channels -wireless internet (common Thai Paradise)

Rental is handled by a local company in Cha-Am, prices is approx THB from 11.000- 19.000 per week price varies depending on length of stay and season (minimum is 3 day’s)

Cleaning 1 time per week, incl change of bed linen, towels, (higher frequency is possible additional charge)
The service office can arrange rental of car, bicycles, laundry, excursion, baby sitter, etc….

Cha-Am is unique as it is mainly a Thai holiday destination, were the “Farangs” (foreigners) are a minority, even then there is plenty of restaurants, and entertainment (English well spoken) this also reflects on the price level at local shops, and only 20 min drive from Hua Hin and major golf courses. It is a perfect destination for families.
